General provisions

These terms govern purchases made through this online store, which sells to consumers buying for personal use. The store is operated by MB Faneto, H. Manto g. 76, LT-92222 Klaipėda, Lithuania.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you have given us are accurate.

Product prices, payment methods and deadlines

Prices shown include any discount then in effect and are final at checkout. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is placed once payment has been authorized; if authorization fails, no order is created.

Order confirmation, preparation and delivery

You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is authorized. That confirmation acknowledges your order; it is not a guarantee that every item can be fulfilled. If we cannot make an item, we will contact you and refund it in full.

Because every glove is personalized, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Initials and other personalization details cannot be changed once production has started.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Please check it carefully — our Shipping Policy explains how address corrections are handled.
